so last night me and the homie von pea rolled over to the red bull big tune beat battle joint. ever the psuedo celebs we opted to just stand on line like normal people as opposed to go try our luck with gettin some love at the door. nothings worse than that psuedo celeb walk of shame, or okay yeah whats worse is standing there like a lump exhausting all of your 'get me in' resources while the people who are next in line watch. so we waited

it was mega crowded and the line wasnt moving that fast, me and von were both like 'son its a beat battle, why is it sooooo fucking crowded?!?!' and there were womens there which made it even stranger. women dressed up for a beat battle? i guess thats whats hot.

at anyrate we got in and i bumped into the usual suspects. poison pen*, torae**, fwmj, kev sakoda, dan from major league ent, dan from fat beats, illmind and naturel***. the battle was dope and even tho i bumrushed vip and claimed my free beer that nobody was guarding anyway (von i dont know how you missed it man lol. who the hell drinks 3 redbulls at 1am anyway) the whole standing around in a crowded room started to wear on me. i was tired man, tired as shit.

although hi tek**** came all the way from the nati, i came to holler the homie russell. if you know him, you know him as the ARE and he is dope as shit. his most recent project in the works is 'dem damb jacksons'. a collaborative lp between kay and oh no (featuring roc c, me, d rose, and a few others) i linked up the song they are pushin right now if you click that picture, but here is another one just incase you like what you hearing. im kinda hype about being on this project for real, and my brother in arms kay knows that (okay its gettin too emo)

so tonight the good people over at puma are throwing there yo mtv raps party. being that i have such a good relationship with them over there i gotta make face time, i mean honestly i wanna make face time. they laced us with some fly shit for the brooklyn hip hop festival and they got this ill ass houndstooth cotton members only styled jacket that i GOTS ta get up on. it should be fun, go drink some p.i.n.k. and maybe get a free shape up. yitideeeee. only thing is i prolly will be rollin solo :/
